Keeping your diet simple is not a new idea. Using a simple single food menu has a long and successful history. Some very well known doctors, going back in time as far as the 1850's, have successfully treated thousands of patients for obesity and many other diseases with a diet that was as simple as grilling a steak or a hamburger.
